About Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapy

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) is a modern, science-backed therapy that combines traditional SFBT techniques with hypnosis. SFH helps you focus on where you want to be, rather than dwelling on problems. It works with the brain’s natural ability to adapt and change, encouraging more positive ways of thinking.

During hypnotherapy sessions, you’ll be guided into a calm, deeply relaxed state of mind. In this state, your mind becomes more open to helpful suggestions, making building new patterns of thought and behaviour easier. This helps to reduce anxiety, lift mood, and increase motivation.

By encouraging your brain to spend less time in the primitive “survival mode” of stress and worry, and more time in its rational, problem-solving mode, I help clients (adults and children 8+) discover strengths and move steadily towards goals. Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can support you in creating lasting, positive changes that feel natural and achievable.

As well as helping individuals, I am available for talks and events, group relaxation and hypnotherapy sessions, and wellness days.
