Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) is a gentle, evidence-based approach that can support many different challenges, from easing stress and anxiety to breaking habits and overcoming phobias. You can find out more about how I work in About SFH or my FAQs.
A common question is, “How many sessions will I need?” The answer varies depending on your goals, but SFH tends to work quickly and many engaged clients begin to notice positive changes after just a few sessions. For most, a course of 6–10 sessions works well, while phobia treatments are usually 3 sessions* and smoking cessation is just 1 two-hour session.

Initial Consultation

Why is it free? Choosing the right therapist is an important step, and it’s essential that you feel comfortable and confident with the person you’re working with. To support you in making that decision, I offer a free Initial Consultation before you book any sessions.
This is a relaxed conversation where we’ll talk through your goals and what you’d like to achieve. I’ll also explain, in simple terms, how the brain creates stress and anxiety, how hypnotherapy can help, and how I work with clients.
There’s no pressure to go on and book sessions. What matters most is that it feels right for you. The consultation is simply a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I might be able to help you achieve your goals, and see if we’re a good fit.
Individual Sessions

Individual sessions are tailored to address a wide range of concerns for children (8+) and adults, including anxiety, stress, depression, and related conditions or unwanted habits such as OCD, panic attacks, IBS, nail-biting and many others. I also support achieving goals or calming nerves for performance improvement - e.g. work, sports, exams, and driving tests.
Please explore my list of common issues and conditions that clients seek support for. Call me to chat so I can give you an idea of how many sessions you may need (e.g. nail biting can be 1-2 sessions, clients with stress/depression are generally 6-12). Individual sessions also include a Relaxation MP3 Download.
Packages of 6 individual sessions can be booked (after free initial consultation to assess suitability and length of treatment).

Smoking or vaping cessation is one session that lasts two hours. I use a mixture of hypnosis, coaching and neurolinguistic programming techniques to help you reach your goals. If you're motivated to quit, I am sure you know you will be seeing an almost instant dramatic drop in spending! This session also includes my Relaxation MP3 Download.
Overcome Phobia Package

Getting over that fear of flying, heights, spiders... whatever is holding you back, helping you to overcome a phobia will take 3 sessions* with powerful techniques that are effective even if you've had the phobia since childhood. Prior to booking, I will need to see you for a free, no obligation Initial Consultation to chat about your requirements, why your brain is 'stuck' with your fear template, and how hypnotherapy can help. This package also includes my Relaxation MP3 Download.
Group Workshops

Corporate events, wellness days, networking events, ladies nights...
Group workshops are a shared motivating experience, in which a group of participants come together (online or in person) with a collaborative process to enhance mindset and motivation, promote personal growth, and enjoy a guided deep relaxation experience, leaving participants feeling deeply relaxed, uplifted and focused on making positive change. These sessions follow the same principles and techniques as individual sessions - ideal for stress relief, relaxation, mood lifting, or shared-goal work (e.g. reducing anxiety, building confidence).
Pricing varies depending on group size, session format (length and online vs in-person), and type of issue.
Important Notes & Conditions

Group work may not be suitable for people with severe mental health conditions (e.g. psychosis, hallucinations) or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Commitment and active participation improve outcomes - listening to any provided recordings or completing recommended practices outside sessions helps reinforce change.

Payment must be made in advance to secure a place. Cancellations or non-attendance may be subject to a fee; same-day rescheduling may not be permitted.
