Sobo Beach Workshops - Join me at this beautiful location!

I am so excited to begin weekly hypnotherapy group workshops at Sobo Beach Cafe. This wonderful location is going to be so relaxing, with gorgeous views and the sounds of the ocean as we get together for an hour's uplifting relaxation and motivation, with the top deck of the bus (at the best cafe location in Dorset!) to ourselves.

Once the summer comes, weather and crowds permitting we will be able to move some sessions to the beach and feel the warmth of the sun to add to the experience.

All events will be on EventBrite, so follow Helen's Hypnotherapy to be the first to learn about each event as they're released.

In March, I'll begin sessions open to the public - sign up for a set of 3 or individual workshops, they are great standalone or as a weekly commitment to uplifting your mental health.
